Items purchased from Tokdis Store are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 7 days of delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In case of refunds, return shipping charge of INR 150 will be applied and balance will be credited to your bank account within 10 days after we receive your product.
In case of an exchange, you enjoy a free exchange!
Maintain good condition. Items must be returned unused, unworn with all original tags attached. Make sure you put the item(s) back in the original package along with the invoice in the same way it was delivered.
Simply head to Returns and exchange center. Enter all the relevant details and select the product you wish to return or exchange.
Our team schedules a pick-up that should take up to 3-5 days. For a return that result in refund the product would have to reach our facility for quality inspection.
EXCHANGING FOR SOMETHING ELSE?
In case of an exchange, you are also allowed to choose a different product. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, you can pay just the difference else if it's less, the same can be refunded to you in bank account or mobile wallets (Paytm and PhonePe).
We have a 100% refund policy (excluding Rs 150/- shipping charges). The criteria should meet all of the following conditions:
- Pre-paid orders.
- Items not on sale/mark-downs (discount coupons are not considered as mark-down)
REFUND ON COD ORDERS
For COD orders, refunds would be provided via transfers in bank account or mobile wallets (Paytm and PhonePe). Link towards refund will be mailed on email used for order after successful inspection of product. Please note Rs 150/- reverse shipping cost will be applied in total order value. Discount coupon amount are not eligible within refund policy.
WHEN CASH REFUND IS NOT APPLICABLE
- For products on clearance
- If the product returned is soiled, damaged or altered.
